Faizan Syed is a nationally recognized civil rights advocate, leadership coach, and nonprofit strategist dedicated to empowering Muslim communities across the United States. For over a decade, he has worked at the intersection of faith, justice, and social impact, training thousands of young leaders, building transformative community programs, and advancing initiatives that uplift marginalized voices.

He currently serves as Director of A Continuous Charity (ACC), a national nonprofit providing interest free educational loans that break the cycle of student debt and expand access to higher education. Under his leadership, ACC has strengthened its nationwide presence, launched innovative giving models, and expanded partnerships with mosques, community organizations, and philanthropic families across the country.

Faizan is also the founder of Inspiring Young Leaders (IYL), a leadership and public speaking institute that equips youth with the confidence, communication skills, and civic awareness needed to lead with integrity and prophetic ethics. His workshops, summits, and trainings have become a signature model for cultivating courageous and principled Muslim leaders.

As an author, Faizan’s upcoming book Powerful Prophetic Activism blends timeless lessons from the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ with modern movements for justice. It offers a practical, faith centered roadmap for personal and collective transformation. His writing and speaking highlight a central message: building power is not optional, it is an Islamic responsibility.

Throughout his career, Faizan has been a thought leader in civil rights spaces, serving as the former Executive Director of CAIR Missouri and CAIR Texas, where he led campaigns on hate crimes, police accountability, media representation, and community safety. His commentary has been featured on local and national platforms, and he continues to advise organizations on community mobilization, narrative strategy, and nonprofit development.
